Shipments and Responsibility
The Little Flame LIMITED is not responsible for shipment delays or delivery issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in possession of the courier. Due to recent safety measures and extraordinary circumstances, couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier according to tracking information but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, The Little Flame LIMITED does not claim responsibility for the loss. We do not replace or refund orders once they are confirmed as delivered by the courier. We recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve such issues.
Order Processing & Shipping
We are committed to completing orders promptly, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as order volume, postal mishandling, or technical issues. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. Once shipped, an email with your tracking number will be sent.
Signature Requirements
All packages are shipped with a signature requirement. Please provide an address where someone can sign for delivery. If no one is available, the courier may return the package to our warehouse.

Shipping Details by Region
Canada & US Orders:
Shipped from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
- UPS will attempt delivery 3 times; after the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to us.
- UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes; please provide a residential or work address.

European Orders:
Shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD, PostNL, or UPS.
International Orders:
Shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery times can be 2-3 weeks, depending on customs clearance and courier transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier processes.
Australia Orders:
Shipped from our AU warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.
Duties & Fees:
Additional import duties or customs fees may be applied when your package arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility. The Little Flame LIMITED ships DDU (duties unpaid); payments for duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Please contact your local customs for details before ordering.
Important Notices
Incorrect Address:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Contact us immediately at LeesonKruppenbacher8162@outlook.com if an address needs correction. We will do our best to update the address, but cannot guarantee changes after shipping has begun. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Order Cancellation/Modification:
To cancel or modify your order, contact us promptly at LeesonKruppenbacher8162@outlook.com. We will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee modifications if the order has already been processed or shipped. Orders placed as a guest will not appear in your account dashboard.
